The Transport Emissions Evaluation Model for Projects (TEEMP) is a collection of freely downloadable spreadsheet-based tools that can be employed to evaluate the impacts of transport projects. This case reflects on how the TEEMP was used to analyse the co-benefits from Harbin, China’s Green Bus Corridor. The case also illustrates how TEEMP can supplement environmental impact assessment requirement and compare the impacts of a variety of projects.
